Directions to Gadsden, AL Riverfest '99 and Map!
take I-59 East to Gadsden
as you approach Gadsden, take the I-759 bypass
take exit A (Gadsden Exit) off the I-759 bypass
you will see festival grounds from ramp
From Nashville/Huntsville
take I-65 South towards Birmingham
exit onto the bypass I-565 towards Huntsville
in Huntsville take Hwy 431southeast towards Gadsden
remain on Hwy 431 as you enter Attalla, then Gadsden,
(the hwy becomes Meighan Blvd as you enter Gadsden)
turn off 431, on to Hwy 411(Albert Rains Blvd)... the second right after you pass the Shell Station immediately before you cross the river bridge
the Riverfest festival will be about 3/4 of a mile after you turn right off 431
from Atlanta
take I-20 West towards Birmingham,
exit off I-20 and on to Hwy 431 in Anniston, AL
take Hwy 431 from Anniston about 35 miles until you reach Gadsden
as you enter Gadsden, Hwy 431 becomes Meighan Blvd
You will pass over the Coosa River bridge in Gadsden, then immediately bear to the right and turn off of 431
turn right on Albert Rains Blvd. (the highway parallel to the river) and go about 3/4 mile to the Riverfest festival
